Has anyone used iVisa for their Egypt evisa?

I’m heading to Egypt in a couple of weeks and am unfortunately, not eligible for a visa on arrival like the American friends I’m traveling with. We are going on a dive trip and our boat company has just sent a reminder email about entry requirements to Egypt,

this is when I realized I still haven’t applied for the eVisa.

That said, I’m having such a hard time getting my passport photo to upload on the gov site, and it won’t let me advance to payment without it. It also won’t let me type in the passport info manually, it needs a picture, and nothing I’ve tried is working. I’ve googled and asked every computer literate person in my family, and no one can get the site to accept my passport photo. To top is all off their website is constantly crashing! I’m scared I’m not going to get it in time to fly, so I was looking into visa services and saw a lot of people talking about using iVisa (but mostly for India visas). Has anyone used iVisa for an Egypt eVisa? Is the turnaround time usually correct or should I pay extra to expedite just in case there’s a delay.

Any and all advice is welcome!
