Ways to look more girly and feminine

Hi there! I'm 28 (f) and I've had a few comments over the years mentioning that I look like a tomboy with a few even saying they could never picture me wearing a dress!

I do tend to wear jeans a lot and don't wear foundation (sometimes some eye makeup but i hate the feeling of foundation). I have waist long hair. I don't think my features are particularly masculine!

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to make myself look a little more feminine? Any tip or trick is welcome! I'd try anything!
