Sebaceous Filament

hey everyone, i’m 16F and just found sebaceous filaments on my nose .

i don’t really have an actual routine. I just wash my face with water every morning. my skin is mostly normal but my nose and forehead get oily. i rarely ever break out or get acne, so i just want to focus on clearing up my nose.

does anyone have any product recs that aren't too expensive? thanks!!
