Does anyone know what this feather condition could POSSIBLY be?

I know the are being bullied and pecked to some extent, but the feathers that are growing back look so OFF. I purchased a few saddles to help them not be nipped at and am thinking of pulling the one with the really raw red skin inside to recover better for overnight/early mornings when they aren’t let out. The bullying comes from multiple hens, no one specific hen I could suss out. We also have a roo as well, but again hoping a saddle can fix that. 🤦‍♀️

This has been going on for several months to a year now, but I’m just so curious if anyone else has EVER seen a feather condition like this before?
