Truffle Hunting with Lunch in Umbria?

Hi all!

My friends and I are traveling to Southern Tuscany/Umbria region for the first week of May (May 2 - May 9). The second half of the trip we will be attending a wedding in Umbria

The itinerary is as follows:

Day 1 - Overnight in Trastevere, Rome

Day 2 - Drive to Pitigliano for lunch and then one night stay at Terme di Saturnia for the thermal baths

Day 3 - Drive to Pienza for cheese tasting, lunch and then scenic drive in Val d' Orcia before continuing our drive to Agriturismo stay near Assisi

Day 4/Day 5 - One of these days want to do truffle hunt with lunch and the other day do Spello and Montefalco (wine tasting). Unfortunately these two days before the start of the wedding festivities are the only days where we can fit in a day of truffle hunting, and the one I wanted to book with Wild Foods Italy (Black Truffle Lodge) are booked out. Does anyone have any other recommendations for truffle hunting in the area?

Day 6/7/8 - Wedding festivities. Explore Perugia, check out Casa del Cioccolato Perugina, etc, maybe do a cooking class in the morning.
