Does this dress fit/look okay? Or get rid of it?

I was planning to get rid of this dress, but I am curious what you all think of this dress first. Is it better than the other 2 I posted? I wore it to a wedding a few years back and I haven’t worn it since because I always felt it was a little over the top and I don’t love where it cuts off on my legs. I do love the color of it though!

It’s definitely a better quality dress (dress the population), but not sure it fits me well either. lol at this point I am just wondering if I need to overhaul my closet.
