Opinions on a second-hand Minolta lens

Hi all,

I'm thinking about picking up astrophotography, specifically deep-sky object photography. I already own a Sony Alpha series mirrorless, and I came across a seemingly great deal for a second-hand Minolta MD 135mm 3.5 lens for just 69EUR. Google Gemini seems to think it's a pretty good lens, but I wanted an actual human opinion on it. Should I pick up this lens as part of my newb gear list? Is it any good, and does the price make sense? Alternatively, are there other similar lenses I should be looking at?

Thanks!
