Hearing Protection From Blow Dryers

As a girlie who recently started blowdrying my hair (i swear as long as it's on a cool setting, it saves my hair from more breakage! super recommend), I've seen some things about how they can cause hearing damage.. which is super scary lol.

So, do I have to give up my blowdryer? or is there some form of hearing protection that you guys use, like ear plugs? Are we even using any protection at all?
