What color should I dye my hair?

The first Pic is my natural hair color and the second is the color I had it dyed last year, im thinking of doing something like that but im not sure yet, should I do more of a warm or cool toned blond? Or should I maybe go darker..... which im scared of honestly. Also curtain bangs? Or more of whispy bangs, maybe the Rachel haircut, idk.
