Rooster standing on one leg?

Rooster standing on one leg?

Recently acquired a small flock of easter eggers, I am newish to chickens. Noticed my rooster often stands on his right leg - I know chickens do this sometimes but he appears to really favor the left foot. checked his feet just now for signs of bumblefoot and couldn't identify anything wrong although the favored foot does seem dirtier? Looking for a second, more experienced opinion. I also noticed he appears to be lacking some toenails on both feet? Pics attached of the foot in question. Thanks in advance for any insight!
