What is the best practice for getting the maximum number of photos approved by a Japanese modeling agency?

I'm scheduled to photograph a somewhat-popular model/social media personality represented by a Japanese agency. The goal is mutual social media growth. So technically there won't be a limit to how many photos I can post or share (ie. this isn't for a timely ad campaign or seasonal clothing). I'm used to this no-limit approach, where I have an archive of model shoots that will take me over a decade to post if I maintain a weekly average.

The difference now is that I'm working with an agency that requires pre-approval before I post & share.

What would be the best way to get the maximum amount of photos approved?

I'm going to end up with about 1000 photos, about 20 per set-up. I'm considering these options:

  • Share all the photos all at once - Does that run the risk of them only approving one to two photos per set-up? Would it be overwhelming for them?
  • Share a dozen or so photos once a month - Would that be more time consuming for them in the long run? Conversely, would this staggered approach allow them to review my work with fresh eyes?
  • Share only the best of the best all at once - Would that lead to them approving fewer photos compared to the first option?

I do want to maintain a rapport with the agency so I don't want to annoy them with frequent message exchanges. For what it's worth, we both use Google Photos (which is what I actually used when sending them my portfolio).
