What actually makes you stay loyal to one salon or spa long-term?

I’ve been trying different salons over the past year and noticed I rarely go back to the same one consistently.

Sometimes the service is good, but something still feels missing. Other times, small things like how they treat repeat clients or manage appointments makes a difference.
