Any places in the Mediterranean where you can swim most of the year?

I already looked at average air and water temperatures. I'd like to hear from people's experiences. Of course the Mediterranean is a vast region with different climates. Are there places where the water is warm enough to swim - without a wet suit - from about late March to late November? By warm enough I mean about 12°?

Or maybe if the water is cool but you can wear clothing like light cotton pants and tops during daytime? Swim in an outdoor heated pool?

Specifically referring to the Mediterranean, not nearby bodies of water like the Red and Black Seas and the Atlantic. Would the weather be warmer in the south like Israel and Egypt? When does the swim season begin in the northern parts like France and Croatia?

Thank you in advance.
