What mix do you think he could be?

Our take

Meet Ash and her charming Roo, a delightful feathered friend that has captured her heart! At around four months old, Ash is on a quest to uncover his mysterious mix. While an AI suggests he might be a Cream Legbar due to his unique comb, crest, and barred feathers, his light coloring and impressively long tail feathers leave her pondering. Ash got him from a local show bird breeder, who noted he couldn’t participate in shows because of his mixed breed status. Regardless of his heritage, Ash adores him and dreams of starting breeding projects to create more birds like her beloved Roo. As a novice backyard chicken owner, she’s eager to learn and welcomes any insights from fellow chicken enthusiasts!

I am obsessed with this Roo but I can’t decide what he might be a mix of. He is approximately 4 months old.

A.I. says cream legbar because of the comb and crest on his head along with his barred feathers but his coloring is so light and beautiful and his tail feathers are super long.

I got him from a local show bird breeder and he said he couldn’t enter him into shows because he’s a mixed breed. That’s just what he said 🤷🏻‍♀️

BUT, reguardless, I love him and one day hope to get a couple of breeding projects going and would love to have more like him or similar if possible!

So what do you guys think??? Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Also, I am a novice backyard chicken owner and am here to learn so I appreciate all of the help and info!
