Buff Orpington 3.5 weeks
Our take
Meet my adorable Buff Orpington chicks, now 3.5 weeks old! Typically, I hatch my little feathered friends at home, but this time, I picked up these sweet day-old pullets from the feed store. They’re absolutely delightful and exude friendliness, making them hard to resist! However, there’s one little overachiever who seems to be getting ahead in the wattle and comb department, leading me to suspect he might be a rooster. It feels a bit early for such conclusions, and I’m eager to hear your thoughts! With all the guessing involved, it’s like a fun game of chicken charades! Join me in this clucky journey as we unravel the mystery of my feathered pals. [link] [comments]

| I usually hatch at home, but I got these chicks as day old pullets from the feed store. They are absolutely sooo sweet and friendly, but one seems to be ahead in the wattle and comb dept. I think he’s a roo. But it’s so early and I’d love other opinions. I feel like I’m always guessing lol. [link] [comments] |
